 Sea Moss or its scientific name Chondrus Crispus is a type of seaweed that grows along the rocky coasts of the Caribbean Ocean. It has been a popular ingredient in Caribbean cuisines for centuries as a natural remedy for a variety of conditions. 

Our Sea moss is dried and can be used by soaking it in water before use.
